What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day Wash & Wear Guarantee on your first pair of underwear. For all other items, including bras and apparel, products must be unworn with tags attached to be eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

To maintain the integrity of the fabric and technology, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle with mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners, and always lay flat to dry or tumble dry on low.
